    Managing Partner

    Biography

    Charles-Henri is a co-founder of Virellian and serves as one of its Managing Partners.

    Prior to his current position, he was a Managing Director at DC Advisory, specializing in infrastructure debt advisory.

    Charles-Henri started his career at HSBC in the structured finance division, splitting his time between Paris and London.

    Before joining DC Advisory, Charles-Henri was a Managing Director at Santander where he focused on large debt advisory transactions. He is the author of several books on structured finance.

    Charles-Henri graduated from Sciences Po and HEC Paris.

    Grégory Roquier

    Managing Partner

    Biography

    Grégory is a co-founder of Virellian and serves as one of its Managing Partners.

    Prior to his current role, he was a Managing Director at DC Advisory in the infrastructure team in Paris, which he created in 2018.

    Grégory began his career in the M&A team of BNP Paribas in London, Paris and New York before moving to Citigroup, where he spent nearly a decade in various advisory roles, primarily in the infrastructure sector.

    Before his time at DC Advisory, Grégory spent three years at Mediobanca as Head of M&A for France and Benelux.

    Education

    Grégory graduated from École Nationale des Ponts et Chaussées and studied at the London School of Economics.
